Every year, Max Preps rates the toughest high school schedules in the nation. This year, the Servite Friars have arguably the toughest football schedule in the nation. Last year, the Friars held the number two spot for toughest schedules according to Max Preps which could have been debated based on their non league games, Trinity league schedule and the competitive playoff schedule with California’s competition.

This year, the Friars face non league contenders for state and national titles from Bishop Gorman to De La Salle to Bishop Amat, Edison which are in the Max Preps top 25. The Trinity league schedule is the toughest league schedule around with notable schools like Mater Dei, Orange Lutheran, JSerra and Santa Margarita and recent California states champs St. John Bosco and arguably 2013 national champs that ended up #3 by computer rankings.

Servite plays any school, anytime and anywhere attitude puts them up against schools every game with the “Best of the Best” in high school football. Schools like Booker T Washington from Miami and Allen out of Texas have elite programs that would be ideal for a national championship game against the top competition of the Trinity league or De La Salle and Bishop Gorman who they compete with.
